This policy explains what information Insurwell, LLC (“Insurwell,” “we,” or “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

The only information this website collects is what you choose to type into the contact form:

• Your name — so we know who we're speaking with.
• Your date of birth — because eligibility and available plan options for Medicare and other coverage depend on your age.
• Your ZIP code — because insurance plans, pricing, and availability vary by location, and because licensing is state-specific.
• Your email address or phone number — so we can respond to you.
• What kind of coverage you're interested in, and optionally a preferred time to be contacted.

You are not asked for, and should not send through this form, any medical history, prescription details, Social Security number, or Medicare Beneficiary Identifier.

How we use it

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to contact you and help you review your insurance options. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other agents, agencies, or lead-generation companies.

Your submission is handled using a small number of ordinary service providers, who process it only so that we can receive and keep track of your message:

• Netlify — hosts this website and passes your form submission on to be recorded.
• Google — delivers the email notification to Laura and records your submission in a private spreadsheet. Access to that spreadsheet is limited to Laura and the web developer who maintains the site for her.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, such as in response to a lawful request from a government authority, or to comply with insurance regulatory obligations.

Calls and texts

When you submit the form and give us your phone number, you are asking us to get in touch, and we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your insurance options. Standard message and data rates may apply to texts. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by calling or emailing us using the details below.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies, does not run advertising trackers, and does not use analytics software to follow you around the web.

One thing on this site is loaded from another company, and it may see your IP address as a normal part of serving it: our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to help you and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed insurance agency. If you'd like your information removed, contact us and we will delete it where we are not required to retain it.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws. To make any of these requests, just contact us — there's no special form.

Security

Information submitted through this site is sent over an encrypted connection and kept in access-controlled accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Children

This website is intended for adults shopping for insurance and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
